Bending Spoons is seeking a hands-on IT support specialist to assist Spooners with day-to-day IT needs, triaging escalated requests, and designing automated first-response systems. You will help continuously improve support workflows through tooling and automation.
You will lead integration of IT stacks from newly acquired companies into a unified ecosystem, keep office infrastructure running securely and reliably, and manage onboarding/offboarding of devices and accounts to ensure proper management.
