A few examples of your responsibilities:

• Specialize: Learn everything about your product, its business model, and the key levers driving its growth.
• Analyze: Dive deep into the data of high-performance campaigns to find patterns that ensure their ongoing success.
• Ideate: Find new ways to optimize monetization and drive profitability, taking inspiration from experiments, winning approaches from other Bending Spoons products, and competitors.
• Experiment: Design and run A/B tests to validate your ideas with real users, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to bring your experiments to life.
• Implement: If an idea proves successful, roll it out to all users. If it doesn’t, use the learnings to sharpen your intuition and fuel the next cycle of ideation and testing.

For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £110,389 and £194,964 in London, and €105,737 and €186,748 in Madrid, Milan, and Warsaw.
