Responsibilities:

  • Own hiring end-to-end, running the full recruiting loop—from sourcing to final decision—using AI and modern tooling to accelerate the process while applying human judgment where it matters most.
  • Find exceptional talent by proactively identifying and engaging top candidates across multiple channels.
  • Build high-signal evaluations by designing and running structured assessments that produce clear signals and support confident hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a high talent bar by assessing candidates rigorously to ensure every hire meets the company’s standards.
  • Continuously upgrade the system by improving recruiting workflows to make hiring faster, more scalable, and more consistent.
