Responsibilities:

  • Identify high-potential leads.
  • Leverage research and the latest AI tools to pinpoint the companies worth pursuing, then get them on the phone through high-volume cold calls and outreach.
  • Turn first contact into qualified pipeline.
  • Chase prospects relentlessly and single out opportunities for the sales team to pursue.
  • Keep an up-to-date record of every lead and interaction.
  • Learn the industry inside and out.
  • Follow the data and keep a close eye on performance metrics to gauge impact and zero in on the highest-value actions and opportunities.

Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of £56,345 in London and €54,346 elsewhere in Europe. For candidates with highly relevant experience, compensation can reach up to £151,436 in London and €145,430 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience.

Commitment & contract: Fixed-term or internship. Full-time. Location: Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or fully remote from eligible countries.
