Role Purpose
The Remedial Sales Executive is responsible for driving remedial sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across Bender UK’s service base. The role focuses on identifying, quoting, and converting remedial opportunities while working closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate, and commercially sound solutions. This role plays a key part in growing remedial revenue, improving margins, and strengthening long‑term customer relationships through proactive engagement and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively drive remedial sales activity to increase revenue and gross profit margin.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of remedial opportunities in collaboration with Healthcare and Industrial Sales teams.
- Prepare, manage, and issue accurate remedial quotations in line with customer requirements and commercial targets.
- Liaise closely with customers, Facilities Management teams, and NHS/private hospitals to progress remedial opportunities.
- Work with Engineers and Technical teams to develop appropriate remedial and battery replacement solutions.
- Monitor pricing, margins, and quote success rates to support remedial sales targets.
- Prepare customer documentation, quotations, orders, and reports with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage order processing, requisitions, and purchase orders in line with agreed processes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries relating to remedial works and quotations.
- Promote cross‑functional working across Service, Sales, Engineering, and Projects to ensure a joined‑up customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and support reporting of remedial activity and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, or customer experience within the remedials function.

- Strong time management, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Good commercial awareness with confidence discussing pricing and value with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer‑focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a sales, service, or customer‑facing commercial role within a busy environment.
- Experience of remedial sales or service‑related quotations.
- Experience of CRM systems.
- Ability to understand and apply technical or engineering terminology with support.
- Background in B2B customer service, sales, or commercial administration.
