Fernando Jorge is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive person to support our production team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to follow structured processes, and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth execution of production tasks.


This role requires someone who is thorough, precise, and follows instructions carefully, assisting in various production tasks and ensuring proper coordination within the team.


Main Duties Include



  • Assist across all areas of the day-to-day Jewellery production process, ensuring efficiency and quality control.

  • Maintain clear communication with suppliers and the team, ensuring accurate execution of tasks.

  • Assist in timely quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing pieces, helping to ensure they meet the brand’s high standards and flagging any issues as needed.

  • Ensure that all technical forms (CAD specifications, material details, and dimensions) and production documentation are accurate.

  • Liaise with London workshops for repairs, cleaning, and resizing, following up and providing updates to the team.

  • Visit Hatton Garden to assist with production-related tasks, as required.

  • Perform administrative tasks, including recording, organising and managing information using Microsoft Office and other relevant software and platforms.

  • Maintain and organise stone inventory, ensuring stones are accurately recorded, stored, and easily traceable.

  • Assist with design registration processes, ensuring the relevant information and documentation are accurate and properly maintained


Required Skills & Experience



  • Previous industry experience

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to keep up in fast paced environment

  • Willing to learn jewellery-specific processes and product knowledge

  • Passion for fine jewellery and craftsmanship.

  • Problem-solving skills while ensuring alignment with given instructions.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Understanding 2D technical drawings and 3D.

  • Rhino skills are not required but would be a plus.
