We’re looking for a highly organised, warm, and detail loving Production & Sales Jewellery Coordinator to support our small, dedicated team. This is a client facing and hands on role.

In this multifaceted role, you’ll help guide bespoke commissions from first design to final polish, liaising directly with clients, craftsmen, and our team. You’ll be involved in client communications, production coordination, and light digital content, while ensuring every step reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Write and manage client emails regarding enquiries, quotes, orders, timelines, and aftercare.
  • Keep clients informed at key production milestones with warm, brand-aligned messaging.

Production Support

  • Help translate client requirements into brief documents and liaise with external partners (e.g. CAD designers, workshops).
  • Take ownership of the ready-to-wear collection, coordinating stock replenishment, sourcing gemstones, and ensuring each piece is completed to the highest standard.
  • Assist with quality checks, ensuring each piece aligns with LVR standards before presentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of design files, stone selections, client notes, and timelines.
  • Support clients during appointments – whether in-person or virtually, by answering product questions and helping with ring sizing or design options.
  • Contribute to post-sale customer service with professionalism.

Light Creative & Admin

  • Assist in sourcing or organising images for social media or client updates.
  • Support content coordination for newsletters or Shopify product imagery.
  • Keep internal records organised across spreadsheets, folders, and our online platforms.

What We\’re Looking For

  • A strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent written communication and email etiquette.
  • Organised and calm under pressure, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable using cloud drives, email platforms, Shopify, and social media tools.
  • Passionate about design, craftsmanship, and delivering memorable client experiences.

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with jewellery production processes and styles.
  • A GIA or FGA qualification (or working towards one).
  • Experience with social content creation or creative direction in a boutique or lifestyle brand.

Who You Are

  • A natural communicator who cares deeply about quality and presentation.
  • Proactive and adaptable, you love working in a small team where no two days are the same.
  • Excited by the opportunity to work closely with beautiful objects, talented makers, and clients marking life’s most meaningful moments.
  • Private medical care after probation.
  • Generous staff discount and in-house jewellery knowledge training.
  • Work closely with a tight-knit team in our Hatton Garden premises.
