A part time, experienced Sales Advisor is required to join a busy and vibrant small team within a one-stop jewellery supply shop, selling raw materials, bullion, tools, semi-precious beads and stones. We are based in Hatton Garden, London's Jewellery Quarter.

Role
  • To provide excellent standards of sales advice, service and customer care.
  • Give comprehensive product information to customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their work and suggest related products.
  • Assist shop floor manager to organise daily tasks relating to stock replenishment, cleaning and associated administration.
  • Carry out sales on our SAP sales system.
  • Gather and process online and phone orders.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of jewellery production, materials and tools.
  • Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet.
Working Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary

Circa £24,000k pa pro rata
