L’Atelier de Pino Spitaleri is now seeking an Office / Production Manager for its atelier on Old Bond Street, London.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the allocation, scheduling, tracking, and quality control of fine jewellery moving through the workshop.
- Manage the production process to ensure client due dates and internal deadlines are consistently met.
- Brief the workshop teams and craftspeople on their allocations, managing and prioritising workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
- Accurately cost and invoice for all pieces.
- Prepare customer quotes for clients.
- Handle overseas shipments using Malca and FedEx.
- Make deliveries to Hatton Garden for supplies.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
