### Marketing Executive / Customer Growth#### CR Gems#### UK / New York**About Us**CR Gems, an award winning, established international coloured gemstone supplier, is looking for a commercially minded Customer Growth & Marketing Executive to support our continued growth in the UK and USA.**About the Role**This is predominantly a marketing role - which will work towards the growth and expansion of the company.A caried role covering general marketing, data analytics, customer engagement, digital and direct marketing, content creation, trade shows and campaigns.We are looking for someone creative and commercially aware who can identify opportunities, develop ideas and take projects from concept through to completion.Excellent written English, strong digital skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience within jewellery, luxury goods or B2B marketing would be advantageous but is not essential.**Location**Location is flexible for the right candidate — London, Birmingham or New York.
