About us

Anthony Paul Jewellery is an award-winning, family-run business with boutiques in Marlow, Maidenhead, Henley-on-Thames and Windsor. We specialise in handmade, bespoke, vintage and second-hand jewellery, as well as offering a comprehensive in-house repair and valuation service.

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join our small, dedicated sales team, in a cross-store role. Our cross-store positions are varied and exciting as you’ll get to work in each boutique, with highly experienced members of staff, who can expand your knowledge of the trade. Plus, with our workshops located on site, you’ll get first-hand experience of working alongside and liaising with our expert goldsmiths, gaining a real understanding of the jewellery trade.

At Anthony Paul we pride ourselves in giving every customer a personal, memorable experience. Jewellery is a deeply personal item, so we’re looking for someone who understands the emotion behind a jewellery purchase, repair or commission.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming customers into the boutiques with an open and friendly manner
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with customers
  • Understanding our customers and providing the appropriate help and guidance, in-store, over the phone or via email.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience, service and after-sales service
  • Booking in repairs and commissions accurately and liaising with the workshop and outworkers.
  • Supporting all daily operations in the boutiques
  • Assisting with all aspects of stock management (stock checks, stocking-in, transfers, imagery)
  • Maintaining the professional image of the showroom with regard to visual merchandising and housekeeping

  • Excellent professional presentation
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have the ability to easily commute between all boutiques (essential)
