We are looking for a confident and motivated individual who is passionate about contemporary jewellery and thrives on delivering outstanding customer service both in person and online. This role is a hybrid of customer service and retail, requiring someone who can respond to customer queries via email with speed, accuracy, and warmth, while also being proactive and hands-on on the shop floor. You’ll be joining a small, dedicated team in our North London gallery, helping create a welcoming and inspiring space for our customers whether they’re visiting us in person or shopping online.
Key Responsibilities- Provide flawless customer service, both in-store and via email and phone - responding to enquiries quickly, professionally, and with attention to detail.
- Support the daily operations of the gallery, including greeting customers, maintaining a tidy and inviting environment, and executing regular visual merchandising updates.
- Assist with inventory and stock management: receiving deliveries, prepping items for photography, pricing, and ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Monitor and maintain stock of packaging and other essentials.
- Process and dispatch web orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Support with repairs and aftercare, maintaining clear and accurate communication with customers throughout.
- Be a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for our customers, with an understanding of our jewellers’ methods, materials, and processes.
- Follow all security and operational procedures to maintain the safety and integrity of our space.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident with multitasking between shop-floor and back-office tasks
- Jewellery-making or gemstone knowledge

- Available to work weekdays and weekends (including Sundays and key trading periods such as Christmas)
