A part time, experienced Sales Advisor is required to join a busy and vibrant small team within a one-stop jewellery supply shop, selling raw materials, bullion, tools, semi-precious beads and stones. We are based in Hatton Garden, London's Jewellery Quarter.
Role- To provide excellent standards of sales advice, service and customer care.
- Give comprehensive product information to customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their work and suggest related products.
- Assist shop floor manager to organise daily tasks relating to stock replenishment, cleaning and associated administration.
- Carry out sales on our SAP sales system.
- Gather and process online and phone orders.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Knowledge of jewellery production, materials and tools.
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 8.30am - 5.30pm
SalaryCirca £24,000k pa pro rata
