We currently have an opening for a Logistics Assistant to join our business. We are looking for a reliable and organised Logistics Assistant to join our London team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations using our preferred couriers
- Print shipping labels, pack orders, and sort packages for dispatch
- Send shipment confirmation emails to customers and clients
- Handle same-day deadline confirmations and urgent enquiries
- Monitor and control pre-alert emails
- Respond to logistics and delivery-related enquiries
- Maintain packaging supplies and replenish stock levels
- Support the team with ad hoc operational duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous logistics, warehouse, or dispatch experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to lift and move packages when required
Location: London W1S
Salary: Salary is dependant on experience
