77 Diamonds is a dynamic company already established as the leading European diamond ecommerce retailer specialising in diamond jewellery.
We are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join our team at our Head Office in Hanover Square.
As a naturally motivated and personable individual, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Hours
This is a full time position and includes Saturday working.
The role
As a Customer Care Consultant, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Meeting customers in the showroom for repair consultations and collection appointments.
- Assessing jewellery and preparing quotations for repairs.
- Processing jewellery resizes and exchanges, liaising with the workshop regarding polishing and other requirements.
- Carrying out quality control checks on jewellery items prior to customer collection.
- Guiding customers through the repair process, keeping them informed and providing a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Responding to aftersales enquiries via telephone, email and face to face.
- Accurately recording and maintaining repair information
- Liaising with colleagues and the workshop to ensure customer requirements are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintaining the high level of presentation and service expected within a luxury showroom environment.
We are looking for someone who is
- Experienced in a customer service, a showroom, or a similar client facing role.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for clients.
- Warm, friendly and confident, with a naturally professional manner.
- Highly organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confident using computer systems and able to maintain accurate records.
- An excellent communicator with a professional telephone and email manner.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working as part of a team while also taking initiative and ownership of their responsibilities.
- Previous jewellery experience is preferred
