Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Goldsmith to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and is eager to grow within a respected and evolving business. You will work closely with our experienced goldsmith, CAD designer, and workshop / repairs manager on a variety of projects, from repairs to custom commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general bench work, including ring resizing, chain repairs, and polishing.
- Support bespoke jewellery production and repair services.
- Collaborate with team members across design and manufacturing.
- Ensure a high standard of craftsmanship and finish.
- Work to deadlines while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of goldsmithing experience
- Proficient in standard repair and finishing techniques.
- Experience with a laser welder (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong desire to develop and refine your skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
