We’re looking for a highly organised Production & Business Support Administrator to work closely with our Production Manager and support the smooth running of our jewellery workshop and office. This is a varied, office-based role at the heart of our business — ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, systems, and keeping things moving behind the scenes. You’ll play a key part in coordinating bespoke jewellery orders, supporting customers, and keeping our internal processes running efficiently. No jewellery experience is required - full training will be provided - but strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and confidence juggling multiple tasks are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Production Manager
  • Maintaining and updating customer, supplier, and production databases
  • Tracking bespoke jewellery orders through the production process
  • Liaising with internal teams and external workshop partners to help progress work
  • Accurately logging materials, costs, and work-in-progress
  • Assisting with estimates and pricing for bespoke pieces and repairs
  • Communicating with customers by email and phone regarding order progress
  • Supporting general office duties, including answering calls and logging enquiries
  • Assisting with stock control, inventory checks, and handling high-value items
  • Supporting website updates, product listings, and basic content where needed
  • Helping with social media updates and online customer reviews
  • Being a flexible, hands-on team player in a busy but friendly environment

About You

  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role
  • Naturally organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident prioritising tasks and managing multiple deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using databases and digital systems
  • Friendly, professional manner with good customer service skills
  • Good numeracy skills and confidence handling sensitive information
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and happy to support across the business
  • (Experience with CMS systems, stock control, or copywriting is a bonus, but not essential)
