What You’ll Be Doing
As the Branch Manager of this standalone Benchmarx Kitchens branch, you’ll lead a dynamic, sales-driven team, responsible for hitting targets, maximizing profits, and managing stock and cash to ensure smooth operations.
You’ll set an example by fostering a collaborative and customer-first culture, while ensuring safety standards and branch policies are always met.
Welwyn Garden City is the largest standalone branch within this sub-region, contributing significantly to the sub-regional success annually.
A key part of your role will be to drive team success by recruiting, training, and appraising performance, building a motivated and high-performing team.
You’ll be the driving force behind the branch’s success, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively in a standalone environment.
