Benchmarx Showroom Manager - Leckhampton, Cheltenham

Contract type: Permanent, full time

Hours of work: 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7am - 4.30pm and one in three Saturdays 8am - 12pm

Joining our family as a Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for the profitability and maximisation within the showroom together with dealing with managerial problems covering the full spectrum of management disciplines. Through your team, you’ll co-ordinate sales and purchasing, and must have the ability and experience to react to changes in company market share.

General duties will include:

  • Developing business interests - interacting with customers and representatives of associated industries
  • Maintaining and enhancing profitability of the showroom - reviewing costs and modifying stock

It is essential that you have previous experience within this field coupled with excellent communication skills and are able to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision. Having a Full UK Drivers licence is also essential for this role as you will be required to travel.
