Our most successful Contracts Kitchen Designers come from a variety of different sectors and backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common: they deliver an exceptional ‘Customer Experience’ for both Trade Customers and Homeowners.
Having a Full UK Drivers Licence for a minimum of 12 months is essential for this role, but don\’t worry, we will provide you with a company car.
What experience do I need?
You will be joining our Contracts Sales Team, which is over 30 strong, with a wealth of sector experience to support you. We support major Public Sector contracts within the Norfolk region.
Full training is provided upon joining, so previous experience isn\’t necessary. You\’ll provide a surveying service that includes measuring kitchens and using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to produce plans that meet client specifications. You will work on Social Housing contracts, carrying out surveys in both vacant and tenanted properties. This is a hybrid role: you will either be conducting site surveys, working from a branch, or from home.
Hours: 4 full days, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm. No weekend work. Flexible on working days.

What will I be doing?
We will provide full product and CAD training during onboarding. Afterward, your typical day might include:
- Visiting residential properties within the Norfolk area (up to 3 hours of travel daily, mileage paid)
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Producing accurate plans and quotes for Social Housing projects, keeping clients updated
- Using CAD and creative skills to design kitchens and secure sales
- Prioritizing safety with provided Lone Working Devices
