Benchmark offers behavioural safety leadership for organisations that operate in safety critical environments (railways, construction, oil & gas, nuclear, fire-service).
Our coaches are experienced leaders who can apply their knowledge in a practical and contextualised way to lead change in front-line teams.
Benchmark's success is expanding the business, particularly in Anglia & SE England, over the next 6 months.
Our coaching programmes deliver
- Practical hands-on support in the client's workplace, including on-site.
- Aligning with the front-line teams' rosters (Day & Night shifts).
- Coaching middle managers, team leaders & front-line teams.
- Outcome driven improvements for leadership, planning & production, safety behaviours.
- Role Description
Both full-time Trainer/Coach and part-time Associate Trainer/Coach roles are available for suitable candidates based across E England & SE England.
The Benchmark Trainer/Coach will work autonomously and have flexibility to deliver behavioural safety leadership coaching to suit the clients' work routine (day & night).
Daily tasks include one-on-one coaching sessions, team coaching, group workshops, and providing feedback.
Remuneration : Full-Time fixed term Trainer/Coach contract - £46.5k. Associate Trainer/Coach contract - based on a negotiable day rate (negotiable).
Qualifications
- Qualified & Experienced in Coaching & Mentoring (Level 5)
- Qualified & Experienced in Adult Learning & Development (Level 4)
- Proactive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
