My client is a leading civil engineering contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects. With an expanding work portfolio they are seeking experienced Civils Site Agents for various long term schemes. Contracts comprising Roads, 278 works, Junction improvements & cycleways. Your role will include: * Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and to specification * Overseeing Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs, waste plans, QA files, and ensuring H&S compliance * Driving programme performance. * Chairing weekly site meetings and ensuring clear communication across all teams * Identifying and implementing value engineering opportunities
