Benchmark Staffing Solutions is looking to speak to established resourcers and 180 Recruiters within Construction and Engineering. An opportunity has arisen to join an established white collar dual desk with a high flow of jobs.
The client is open to 360 consultants who are looking to take a step into a purely resourcing role, as well as resourcers who feel their current environment is not working for them or job flow is too light.
Base salary up to 30k, with bonuses paid on each placement made. 1 day WFH, company culture is mature and inclusive with an emphasis on autonomy with support as required.

- Job prioritisation efficiency, including creation of candidate pools
- Ability to gather information to support 360 BD efforts and an appreciation of the power of market knowledge
