An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join an established recruitment organisation specialising in staffing the design, build and maintenance of Data Centres in the USA. The Account Manager will be joining an extremely warm desk, with c.12 key clients and they will play a crucial role in supporting the ambitions to grow this further. There is no new business development required in this role.
The Account Manager will have experience in the following:
- Recruiting within the Data Centre market OR a related/similar market
- Working US business-friendly hours (typically 12.30-9PM UK time)
- Managing relationships with existing clients to maximise job flow, whilst helping to ensure jobs are prioritised and filled in a timely manner, including working closely with the team of Talent Consultants to do so
- Consulting clients and pushing back where appropriate, to ensure their expectations are managed and met
Remuneration:
- Base up to £60k dependent on experience
- Quarterly bonus of up to £12,500 per quarter (£50,000 p.a.), purely based on number of placements made
- Additional 20% yearly bonus, based on personal and business performance
