The Associate Recruitment Consultant will be tasked with a range of responsibilities in the early phases of their recruitment career, including:
- Screening candidates
- Building relationships
- Information gathering
- Qualifying job specs with clients
This role is paying between £25,000 base salary but there is a significant opportunity to enhance this with commission on top.
Our client is open to Associate Recruitment Consultants with different education, background and experience but has some non-negotiables including:
- Willingness to engage with people and build relationships
- An ability and willingness to absorb new information and to use it as a building block to continuously growing market expertise
