The client is a market leader in their field, with exclusive accounts with some of the largest companies in Europe and large amounts of incoming work. The client is looking for a German speaking recruitment consultant, who has the soft skills and personality traits to liaise with warm clients, assist in expanding accounts and ensure that jobs are filled in a manner in line with their client SLAs. A background in infrastructure or tech recruitment would be beneficial, though is not a pre-requisite.
The client is offering 2 days WFH, a strong personal commission structure as well as a significant and unique bonus based on team performance, totalling several thousand £s a year. They also offer bi-weekly training and team building/incentive days.
There is potential for this to become a 360 position in the future should the consultant wish to do so, with reactivation of dormant accounts a particular priority.
