Benchmark Staffing Solutions is looking to speak to experienced Recruitment Consultants who have expertise in Client Engagement and Account Management. This is a 270 role, managing warm accounts and ensuring those accounts reach their maximum potential, as well as qualifying and filling roles that come off the back of those.

Experience in any most recruitment industries would be considered, but ideally fast paced, blue collar contract recruitment is preferred. Experience in and understanding of compliance and payroll processes is also strongly preferred.

Salary will be c.£30,000 with additional performance based commission. There is no cold BD required with this role.

Our client will consider consultants with a range of billings and track records but non negotiables include:

Please note - candidates without direct recruitment experience will not be considered. Candidates must be within commuting distance of Bromley.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage warm accounts to maximize potential and to qualify and fill roles that arise from those accounts.
  • Engage with clients and maintain relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Support client engagement and account management efforts as part of a 270 role.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment across industries is acceptable; fast-paced, blue-collar contract recruitment is preferred.
  • Experience in compliance and payroll processes is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to develop and improve; ability to build relationships; reliability.
  • Candidates must have direct recruitment experience and be within commuting distance of Bromley.

Compensation:

Base salary around £30,000 with additional performance-based commission.
