Connect with your calling! Join, stay, and grow with Benchmark. We are looking for a compassionate Overnight CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time 7AM-3PM, Every Other Weekend Required

Starting at $19/hr and increasing with experience

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behaviour to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
