We are representing a local Sheffield charity who provide incredible support to young people across the city. Due to a change of structure, we have a temporary role available for an Administrator. Working 15 hours per week, the successful candidate will provide interim administrative support to the wider charity and team. This is the ideal role for an experienced Administrator looking for a part-time role in Sheffield.
The role will involve a range of administrative tasks and will provide support to the charity whilst it recruits across the team. Typical duties will include the following:
- General Administrative support
- Reception duties
- Handling multiple mailboxes
- HR administrative support
- Recruitment administrative support
- Telephone handling
- General Administrative duties as directed
Skills and experience required for this role include:
- Experience in a similar administrative role

Applicants who have an enhanced DBS will be at an advantage, but for applicants who don't, a full DBS check will be carried out.
