Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Respond to sales enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Order Processing: Accurately input and manage customer orders using company systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Quotations & Follow-ups: Prepare quotes, follow up on open enquiries, and support the sales pipeline.
- Liaison with Internal Teams: Work closely with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services to existing clients.
