We’re seeking a versatile and technically skilled individual to join our team as a CRM Administrator. In this role, you will collaborate with the CTO, Business Intelligence Manager, Strategic Tech Lead, and other key business stakeholders to manage the CRM, design new technology infrastructure, and configure and deploy business software solutions across multiple departments.
This is an exciting opportunity to maintain the CRM and also build a fully integrated and automated solution across several areas of the business including Finance, HR, Legal, Sales & Product. Using the best in class technologies, you will help deliver, configure, automate and integrate digital solutions, aligning systems with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration of data and processes across internal teams.
This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, project management skills, and a strong understanding of business operations to ensure that technology solutions will drive measurable value. This position offers the opportunity to influence business growth while ensuring that the company’s infrastructure, tools, and processes remain modern, secure, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities- Redesign and implement the current CRM using modern tools to support contract lifecycle management, payment processing, product provisioning, accounting and HR software integration, and other essential functions.
- Work with the Business Intelligence Manager to improve how our CRM connects with other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate these into technical solutions.
- Support the technical team to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to add value to the business through technology.
- Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and system documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend software platforms, technologies, and integration strategies and solutions.
- Configure and customize software systems (e.g. CRM, CLM, RMS) to support defined business processes.
- Manage user roles and access controls within systems, ensuring data security best practices and privacy standards are upheld.
- Work with the wider technical team to ensure the successful rollout of software systems.
- Execute end-to-end testing of system components, functionality and workflows.
- Provide training and guides to support end users and internal teams.
- Address system issues and support successful post-launch operations.
- Liaise with third-party vendors or developers as required.
- Continuously assess system performance and suggest improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and user experience.
- Relevant 3rd level qualification.
- Proven experience in CRM, systems architecture, or a related technical field (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, particularly CRMs (Hubspot beneficial), CLMs, and RMSs.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on results.
- Comfortable navigating and thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
