An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established organisation and become an integral member of our Transactions Team. We are seeking a driven, motivated business professional for our Transaction Executive role, based in our Manchester city centre office, to become part of our highly successful European and African headquarters.
This role will work closely with the Transaction Leader to deliver the full sell-side M&A process for a portfolio of clients, covering all stages from valuation analysis to successful completion. The position requires excellent organisational capability to manage complex projects and maintain high-quality communication with internal teams and clients. Whilst previous industry experience is not required, as full training will be provided, experience in a finance related role would be beneficial. The role would be ideally suited to an individual with an interest in a career in corporate finance and the wider business world.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Highly computer literate; experience of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel essential.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills and able to analyse and interpret financial information.
- Excellent telephone skills/ manner and good relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task, managing several projects at once.
- Liaising with internal departments at Director/Shareholder level.
- Other general administrative duties, as required.

OTE £30k (subject to experience). Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break, (5pm on Fridays with half an hour lunch break). Full-time office based (Manchester City Centre).
