Benchmark Capital in Horsham is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead compliance, supervision and regulatory oversight across wealth management and adviser networks, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer.
You will work with executive leadership, regulators and business stakeholders to manage regulatory risk, support sustainable growth and deliver good outcomes for clients. This is a senior leadership role with SMF16 responsibility and a focus on governance, training and remediation.
