The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative, compliance, and client communication support for our Chartered Financial Planners. As a Client Support Administrator, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality service to our clients and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Financial Planners with the arrangement and facilitation of client meetings, both virtually and in-person.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on administrative matters.
  • Complete and submit applications, maintain client data on internal systems, and perform daily administrative tasks.
  • Conduct electronic Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
  • Manage the documentation process for new business submissions and asset transfers, including compiling and uploading compliance documentation.
  • Gather information, product details, and quotes to support client recommendations.
  • Handle client and provider enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Prepare and issue documents for electronic signatures via Adobe Sign.
  • Provide additional administrative support to ensure smooth team and business operations.

Experience

  • Experience within financial services administration is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to complete internal training on systems such as Enable, Fusion, and our Wealth Platform.
  • R01, FA1, FA2 qualifications, or a desire to attain them, are advantageous.
