We're looking for an experienced Pension Administrator to join our growing team responsible for the management and administration of the Fusion Wealth SIPP, an important part of the Fusion Wealth platform proposition.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing pensions administration experience who wants to develop their career within a growing and ambitious financial services business. As our SIPP proposition continues to expand, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to advisers and clients while helping shape the future success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of pension administration activities, ensuring cases are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing pension administration activities across the SIPP lifecycle
- Managing client onboarding and account establishment
- Processing contributions, transfers and benefit payments
- Maintaining accurate client records and data
- Handling adviser and client queries, delivering high levels of service
- Identifying and resolving administrative issues
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Building and maintaining strong knowledge of pensions and platform operations
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to support client outcomes
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We are particularly interested in candidates with proven pensions administration experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience working in a pensions administration role
- Knowledge of SIPPs, personal pensions or broader pension products
- Financial services experience within a regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
