The focus is on operational effectiveness, strengthening controls, and enabling better decision making through clear data and structure. • Partner with Data teams to define requirements and improve data quality
    • Improve how data is captured, structured and used across the function
    • Support delivery and adoption of dashboards and reporting (e.g. Power BI)
    • Maintain data governance standards aligned to regulatory expectations
  • Technology optimisation and change delivery
    • Identify inefficiencies across systems and workflows and drive improvements
    • Translate operational issues into clear requirements for Technology teams
    • Support system changes, including testing and implementation
    • Act as a key user for Investment Operations systems, improving adoption and outcomes
  • Investment operations support
    • Improve operational processes, workflows and exception handling
    • Strengthen controls and reduce operational risk

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to simplify complex operational and data issues
  • High attention to detail within controlled environments
