We are looking for an experienced Client Support Executive to join our award-winning Financial Planning team.
This is a key role supporting Financial Planners and clients throughout the financial planning journey, helping to deliver an exceptional client experience while contributing to our continued growth.
Working as part of a collaborative Pod, alongside Financial Planners, Paraplanners and Client Support Executives, you will take ownership of complex administration, client servicing and office support activities.
You will also play a key role in maintaining high standards of accuracy, regulatory compliance and client care.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced financial services administrator who enjoys building relationships, improving processes and delivering outstanding client outcomes.
This role is part time, working 4 days per week.
What you'll do
- Support Financial Planners with client meetings, both in person and virtually.
- Prepare meeting documentation, annual review packs, agendas and client reports.
- Act as a primary contact for clients regarding administrative queries.
- Coordinate client onboarding activities, including platform access, welcome documentation and compliance checks.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide a consistently high level of service.
- Manage applications, transfers and servicing requests from submission through to completion.
- Monitor provider progress and proactively follow up outstanding actions.
- Maintain accurate records and data within internal systems.
- Produce client review material and valuation reports.
- Process adviser fees, charging instructions and reconciliations.
- Review valuations and investment information to maintain data accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- Prepare and submit new business and transfer documentation.
- Maintain audit-ready client files in line with FCA requirements and company procedures.
- Support the delivery of good client outcomes through accurate record keeping and regulatory compliance.
- Gather information, quotations and illustrations from providers.
- Assist with cashflow modelling preparation.
- Prepare suitability reports, fund switch reports, top-up reports and client correspondence.
- Produce costs and charges disclosures.
- Support the maintenance and integrity of client data.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Support local office administration and facilities requirements.
- Assist colleagues across the wider Pod as required.
- The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Previous experience in a Client Support, Financial Planning Administrator or Senior Administrator role.
- Experience supporting Financial Planners within a regulated financial advice environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning administration processes.
- Experience managing workflows, application tracking and provider relationships.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
- Experience using Enable, Fusion or similar financial planning systems.
- Experience producing suitability reports and client review documentation.
- Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, or a desire to work towards this qualification.
