We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Life & Pensions to join our team in Norwich. The role involves delivering high-quality front-line customer support for life insurance and pension-related services. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage customer queries across multiple channels, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to life and pension policies
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Accurately process customer requests and policy updates
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM and policy administration systems
- Demonstrate empathy and ownership while resolving customer issues
- Meet quality, productivity, and service-level expectations
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and business changes
- Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM or policy administration systems
- Experience with ALPHA or OPUS (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in Life Insurance, Pensions, or Financial Services is an advantage
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade 4 or above) including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification
- Must be authorized to work in the UK
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Norwich
- Available to undergo L1 assessment and compliance checks
