Bench IT require a Senior Project Manager to join a global organisation starting ASAP working remotely to assist in a Contact Centre deployment project.

The successful PM will require experience delivering contact centre or voice projects and experience included below;

  • Project Management experience of Contact Centre and Voice projects is mandatory.

  • Define a migration strategy.

  • Creation of a migration plan.

  • Effective tracking of the project plan, the milestones, deliverables and crucial dependencies.

  • Definition of resources required to support the migration plan.

  • Resource coordination and scheduling; align SMEs, including operations, training, testing and communications.

  • Oversee all activities associated with the migration plan, including but not limited to UAT execution, operational data capture, schedule of events, etc.

  • Development of a training strategy and plan.

  • Development of a communications strategy and plan.

  • Coordinate activities with respective workstream leads, to ensure alignment with the programme objectives.

  • Document, coordinate and agree the migration schedule of events, including activities, resources, timings, escalation procedures, etc.

  • Fully document the migration reversion approach, including proving the processes where necessary.

  • Oversee the development of UAT scripts and the execution of testing.

  • Coordinate business acceptance of key programme artifacts eg business specification design, data capture forms, transition schedule, etc.

  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of all data captured.

  • Provide regulate reports to the stakeholders and the Programme Manager.

  • Manage all local RAID items.

  • Any experience of working in Agile framework or performing Scrum Master duties would be desirable but is not essential.
