Bench IT require a Senior Project Manager to join a global organisation starting ASAP working remotely to assist in a Contact Centre deployment project.
The successful PM will require experience delivering contact centre or voice projects and experience included below;

Project Management experience of Contact Centre and Voice projects is mandatory.

Define a migration strategy.

Creation of a migration plan.

Effective tracking of the project plan, the milestones, deliverables and crucial dependencies.

Definition of resources required to support the migration plan.

Resource coordination and scheduling; align SMEs, including operations, training, testing and communications.

Oversee all activities associated with the migration plan, including but not limited to UAT execution, operational data capture, schedule of events, etc.

Development of a training strategy and plan.

Development of a communications strategy and plan.

Coordinate activities with respective workstream leads, to ensure alignment with the programme objectives.

Document, coordinate and agree the migration schedule of events, including activities, resources, timings, escalation procedures, etc.

Fully document the migration reversion approach, including proving the processes where necessary.

Oversee the development of UAT scripts and the execution of testing.

Coordinate business acceptance of key programme artifacts eg business specification design, data capture forms, transition schedule, etc.

Validate the accuracy and completeness of all data captured.

Provide regulate reports to the stakeholders and the Programme Manager.

Manage all local RAID items.

Any experience of working in Agile framework or performing Scrum Master duties would be desirable but is not essential.
