Bench IT are seeking an experienced 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a large organisation on a 3-month initial contract. The role is on-site across Brentwood and the City of London, with a potential move to permanent employment. You will deliver frontline IT service desk support and ensure excellent user experience.
The candidate should have Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory and proven 1st/2nd line experience, plus strong communication skills for a busy environment.
