The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 Β£ per year.
Bench IT require a skilled Azure Engineer to support the organisation's transition to a cloud-first operating model. The engineer will play a key role in the design, implementation, and operational management of Azure-based infrastructure services and evolving the infrastructure function from traditional, on-premises server management to a modern, service-oriented cloud platform. The role will ensure Azure services are secure, resilient, cost-effective, and fully supportable within business-as-usual operations.
Please note this role will be hybrid working 2 β 3 days in London.
The successful candidate will have the skills and experience listed below:
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments
- Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure and platform services
- Some experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, or Terraform)
- Understanding of Azure networking and hybrid connectivity models
- Experience with Azure identity and access management (Entra ID, RBAC)
- Proficiency in Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools, particularly Azure Monitor
- Support and manage Azure infrastructure and platform services
