NPPV3 Service Desk Analyst, £210-220 per day inside IR35
3 months Initially (Extension Potential)

*MUST HAVE A VALID/CURRENT NPPV3 CLEARENCE, issued through Warwickshire Police Force*
Bench IT require an experienced Service Desk Analyst, holding a current/valid NPPV3 clearance to join a large organisation starting ASAP. We are looking for multiple Service Desk Analysts to start ASAP on a well-established helpdesk. The role will be to support a large user-base during and increased period of demand. This position will initially be for 3 moths although there may be extension thereafter subject to demand.
The successful Service Desk Analyst should have the skills and experience include below:
- Proven experience working within a busy Service Desk or IT Support environment, providing first in class remote IT support
- Technical knowledge & experience of Microsoft EUC technology such as 365, Windows 11, Active Directory etc
- Excellent communication and telephone manner to support the following;
- Call handling and incident logging
- Incident triage
- Password resets and account unlocks
- BitLocker recovery support
- Basic ticket administration and queue management activities
- Knowledge of ITIL
