Bench IT requires an experienced AV Technician, experienced in the setup and support of a range of AV environments, from meetings to conferences and live corporate events. Working to support a high-profile and highly-regarded financial services organisation, you will be responsible for the setup, operation and support across a broad range of environments and briefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated AV support across all business functions from standard meeting room support to larger-scale events and conferences.
- Setup, configure and ensure operational resilience to AV equipment, such as projectors, displays, microphones, video conferencing and presentation systems.
- Rapid and discrete troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Executive and high-profile meeting support.
- Routine health-checks to existing environments.
- Make sure all planned events and meetings are ready and proven in advance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an AV Support, AV Technician, AV Engineer, or Events Technology role.
- Strong understanding of video conferencing platforms and meeting room technologies.
- Experience supporting live corporate events and executive meetings.
- Excellent diagnostics and fault-resolution capabilities, especially during live environments.
- Experience within financial services, enterprise environments, or professional services is advantageous.
- Experience working in banking or other highly regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, service measurement, and change management.
