JML Discovery Consultant, £550 per day inside IR35 15 days initially, Remote Working Bench IT require an experienced JML Discovery Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for completing a JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) discovery and process improvement engagement. The end user are working towards a programme of improvement as the first stage of their JML journey. Their current joiner process is complex, spanning multiple systems and departments. Key Skills Experience Strong knowledge of JML processes Able to hold workshops to define JML processes Consulting experience to review existing JML processes make recommendations to improve Project Objectives Discovery around the existing joiner process Documenting the process to improve and simplify it, freeing up internal time Laying the groundwork for future automation Identify improvement controls around right access, right systems/data, right time Build an improvement plan to reduce errors and delays in the process Responsibilities Kick-off meeting with key stakeholders, in conjunction with project management, to outline workshops and next steps Workshop(s) with joiner process/application owners to define the core joiner process tasks Map and document the existing joiner process steps...
