Property Associate, £ 425 per day inside IR35

Bench IT seek to appoint an experienced Property Associate, experienced in large-scale commercial property refurb, fit-outs and partitioning projects. Working within the Property Management Office (PMO) the role is responsible for a number of key administrative components. These include:
- Financial controls and reporting: ensuring accuracy of all financial data for the project. Overseeing expenditure and charges, invoice approvals, cashflow analysis and budget preparations
- Supplier and facility management: managing 3rd-party supplier performance
- Lease and legal management: Ensuring the lease and licence process is adhered to and runs smoothly. Appointment of solicitors, Tenant adherence to agreements
- Inspections oversight: Ensuring that the portfolio of properties maintain their high standards of presentation and seek to resolve any issues identified
- Transaction oversight: managing transactions at both the property and client-level
- Occupier engagement and analysis
- Insurance claims and renewals: maintaining accurate insurance renewal data, manage complex claims and implement risk-mitigation strategies
- Health & Safety compliance within the project
- Vacant property management and oversight: ensuring that vacant properties remain secure and within insurer coverage standards
- Project and management reporting
To succeed in this role, you will bring with you experience in:
- Property management (ideally retail)
- Commercial property legislation and industry best-practice
- Commercial acumen
- Ability to build and maintain strong strategic client relationships, utilising a blend of diplomacy and assertiveness to influence outcomes
