As our talent acquisition partner, you will help build Ben as it scales, hiring bar-raising talent across the business. You'll partner with hiring managers from first-line managers to the C-suite, getting under the skin of what each team needs to grow, and you will equally contribute towards building a best-in-class hiring process.

Hire bar-raising talent across the business: you’ll hire for a range of roles, from implementation, support and technical account management to commercial and engineering, bringing in the people who’ll take Ben forward as we scale. Be a true partner to hiring managers: work with team leads, heads of department and the C-suite to agree what we need, when we need it and why, using data to guide those decisions. Bring our employer brand to life: help elevate how Ben shows up, from events to the careers page, so candidates get a real sense of what it’s like to work here. Build AI into how we hire: trial and build agents and workflows that give hiring teams better tools and free up time for the work that matters. Make our hiring process best in class: gather quantitative and qualitative feedback from candidates and hiring managers, spot what’s slowing us down, test changes and keep what works.

You’d be the second person in the talent team, working on finding the bar-raising talent who will take us to the next level, with real influence over how Ben hires as we scale, and the room to grow your role and remit as we do. We’re all in on building a truly AI native talent function, so you’ll be given the time to learn, experiment and help build the agents and tooling that change how we find and hire great people. Competitive base salary + equity, so you own what you build £100 monthly personal Ben Balance: for whatever works for you, whether that's Netflix, Spotify, or a really expensive cup of coffee! This allowance will increase by £50 for each year of service until you reach £250 Weekly lunch provided in office so you can spend quality time with the team over some tasty food! 28 days of holidays a year plus bank holidays, and an option to buy or sell 5 days per year. Also, your holiday entitlement will increase to 30 days at your 3rd year of service!
