Our Mission
We’re not your average benefits platform; we’re the unordinary force that uplifts people’s lives. Our technology is the link that connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers. Our mission is clear: we’re here to create a world where everything operates at its very best, ensuring that every employee receives the support they need to live life to the fullest, both at work and beyond.
Your Mission
As our Senior Implementation Manager (Enterprise), you’ll own our most complex enterprise implementations end-to-end. These programmes run 16 weeks to 9+ months. They involve dozens of stakeholders across HR, finance, payroll, IT, and executive leadership and require someone who can hold the entire picture while keeping every workstream moving. You’ll be the person our largest clients trust to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities across their organisation and ours, and drive implementations to launch without compromising on quality. Our implementation methodology is still evolving. We need someone who’s seen what great looks like at enterprise scale, and someone that can help us build it here.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading multi-phase implementation programmes for enterprise clients: You’ll build customer platforms and manage project plans that account for deep technical dependencies, organisational change, and the reality that large organisations rarely move in straight lines.
- Managing a broad stakeholder map: from day-to-day project contacts through to C-suite sponsors. Keeping alignment, buy-in, and momentum across engagements that stretch over multiple quarters.
- Driving structured delivery across milestones, dependencies, and critical path items: Spotting risks before they become blockers. Holding internal teams and client teams equally accountable.
- Becoming a deep expert on the Ben platform: understanding how configuration choices affect reporting, integrations, and downstream workflows so you can advise clients with authority.
- Owning escalation management and issue resolution: you’ll know when to absorb pressure and when to elevate, and you’ll handle both with confidence.
- Partnering with product and engineering: flag platform limitations on live deployments, and influence the roadmap based on what you’re seeing in the field.
- Designing and improving implementation processes: that work at enterprise scale.
- Managing KYC/KYB processes and client data in line with our security and confidentiality standards.
What you’ll bring
- Significant experience managing end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise organisations.
- You’ve led implementations running 4-9+ months with large, complex stakeholder groups. You’ve navigated the politics, dependencies, and pace of big organisations before.
- A track record running structured UAT programmes and managing the transition from implementation to live operations without disrupting the client’s business.
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery: from programme management, delivery, or implementation leadership, where you’ve aligned product, engineering, operations, and client teams around a shared plan.
- Exceptional communication skills. You’ll be in front of senior client stakeholders regularly, running workshops, delivering training, presenting to executives.
- Strong commercial awareness. You understand that implementations are the foundation of long-term client relationships and expansion.
- Experience with CRM and project tooling (HubSpot, Linear, Asana, or similar) is useful. What matters more is that you think in systems and adapt quickly.
Why join us
The complexity of our client base is growing fast. We need someone who’s done enterprise implementation at scale and can help us level up how we deliver. You’ll have a seat at the table in how our implementation function evolves, with a direct line into product, engineering, and leadership. If you’ve spent your career making large, high-stakes implementations feel calm and structured for the people around you — we’d love to talk.
