Your Mission
As a Senior Email Marketing Exec at Ben, you’ll be the driving force behind our email marketing efforts. Your focus will be on:

Creating and shaping our email strategy to nurture leads, drive customer acquisition, and increase engagement at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

Building audience segments and making sure our lists are growing, healthy and compliant.

Writing and executing email campaigns that cut through the noise and create a consistent narrative throughout the buyer journey

Bringing our brand to life by making sure our email copy and visuals align with our brand voice and drive engagement.

Analysing performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and using insights to develop strategies that improve performance, user experience and ROI.
