Your Mission
As Talent Coordinator at Ben, you will support the delivery of a high quality hiring process by managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews across the business. Working closely with the Strategic Talent Business Partner, this role ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly, candidates receive a great experience, and hiring teams stay organised and responsive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their talent or people career who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Things you will be working on...

  • Hiring Team Support
    • Ensure interview feedback is submitted promptly and follow up with interviewers where needed
    • Coordinate candidate debriefs and support the hiring team in making timely decisions
    • Support the Strategic Talent Business Partner with administrative tasks related to hiring processes
  • Candidate Pipeline Management
    • Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within our applicant tracking system (Ashby), ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
    • Track candidate progress across interview stages and ensure timely movement through the process
    • Monitor application flow and flag any pipeline gaps or bottlenecks
  • Interview Coordination
    • Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and ensure calendars are aligned
    • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person interviews
    • Share interview schedules and materials with both candidates and interviewers
  • Candidate Experience
    • Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
    • Ensure candidates are well-prepared for each stage, sharing relevant information and guidance
    • Maintain clear, professional and timely communication at every stage of the process
  • Process & Organisation
    • Maintain strong organisation across hiring processes, documentation and communication
    • Help ensure recruitment processes run efficiently and consistently
    • Identify opportunities to improve coordination and candidate experience

Requirements
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly reliable with strong follow-through and ownership of tasks. Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing competing schedules. A proactive mindset and willingness to solve problems and improve processes.

Nice to have
Previous experience in a coordination, recruitment, people, or administrative role. Experience using an ATS such as Ashby or similar tooling.
