BEN is seeking a Head of Implementation to scale our enterprise delivery. You will design the operating model, define standards, and build reusable components to support rapid growth beyond current capacity.
You will shape the delivery around AI-enabled agents while maintaining executive sponsorship and strong customer relationships. You will lead 8–10 Implementation Managers through a transformation, aligning commercial and product teams to ensure seamless pre-, during and post-build journeys.
